We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processing partners. We do not at any time have access to your account details. Prices shown are the price you pay, excluding delivery charges.

Stock Availability

In order to keep the cost of our products as low as possible & the number of items and colour/size choices available (thousands with all variations!), occasionally we may not have the item ordered in stock. Some items are also made to order. Therefore, some products might have a slightly longer delivery time, usually no longer than 10 working days. You will be notified if this is the case and of the expected delivery time.

Data Protection

We will NOT give your contact information to any other company or individual, so you will not receive marketing material from anybody else. We hope you don't mind but we may send out the odd bit of loveliness in the form of an email newsletter to keep you in touch with our new products and any special offers or sales. If you do not wish to be kept in the know, please let us know!

We take every care to ensure that the descriptions and photographic images of our products are representative of the items and are correct at the time of going to press. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Delivery Costs

We use standard Royal Mail postal services such as 1st class or My Hermes courier service. Please allow 7-10 working days for Standard UK Delivery providing all items in your order are in stock. If items are out of stock or are to be delivered later than expected we will contact you as soon as possible.


Order/Dispatch Confirmation

When you place an order with us, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order.  Once we have completed your order and sent it out, you will receive a further email to confirm this.

Returns Policy

We take great pride in the products that we stock and while we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. We ask you to make sure you know your pet’s measurements and choose carefully when ordering, but we will be happy to exchange items should they not fit correctly. All goods sold are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, which allow for a seven day 'cooling off' period during which you may cancel your order (in writing) by sending us a letter or e-mail at any time up to and including the seventh working day after the day on which you received your purchase. Having notified us that you wish to cancel your order, goods must be returned to us within 14 days after date of receiving the item, for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials. 
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is produced. The item purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation - delivery charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.

Damaged Items

We take every care to package your order so it arrives safely, however if your items arrive damaged, please let us know via email or our contact form within 24 hours and we will arrange a full refund or replacement where possible. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported.
